Construction of a five-star hotel with 200 bedrooms that conforms to international standards. The hotel also contains retail space, conference hall and a cafeteria and bar. An introvertive layout allows bedrooms to be grouped around a central octagonal shaped courtyard which is used as the main entrance foyer. Windows to bedrooms are limited in size in response to the strong, penetrating sun and are arranged in horizontal bands which accentuate the floor levels.
