Morocco

The original 1,842 m2&nbsp;bank was designed in 1922 by Auguste-Alexandre Cadet and Edmond Brion. &nbsp;The carved stone of the facade is the work of stonemasons Ahmed Benthami (Moroccan, 1931-2011) and Si Mohammed Cherkaoui (Moroccan, Active 20th Century).&nbsp; In 1924 a second 3,582 m2&nbsp;parcel behind the original was purchased, and the extension completed in 1930. The extension architect was Mourad Ben Embarek. The interior features intricately carved stucco and wood.&nbsp;&nbsp;
