A summer residence for an artist occupied for four to five months a year. The central courtyard is lined with a gallery supported by arches. A horse-shoe arched entrance leads directly into the reception area. The house comprises of sitting areas and a guest room on the ground floor, two bedrooms and the artist's studio on the first floor. Openings on the first floor are partially screened by wooden mashrabiyyas".
