This section focuses on a cluster of oases in central Algeria. The first part of this section focuses on L'ahelil, sung poetry of the Gourara region; the second on the town of Adrar and manuscripts of the Zawiyyas in the region; and the third on the fortified villages in the Saoura valley in southern Algeria.
